Fred quickly identified the problem and was back within a few days to complete the work. The work itself was completed quickly and now that we've had a number of heavy rainstorms, I can confirm the leak is fixed and the inside of the roof is dry.

Very positive. Very happy with the work done. Fred was informative about what was needed, did a really good job including a few extra things that he came across and cleaned up well after the job was finished. I was happy with quote and I would use him again.

Although the weather created some issues the team worked over the weekend to ensure the job was completed on time and even did some additional maintenance whilst on the roof. Great job.

Fred was fantastic, responded to my post within the hour, came out to see it the same day and completed the job the very next day despite this being a bank holiday. His communication was excellent and he talked through the process logically, clearly very knowledgeable about his line of work. The price range he quoted was reasonable and the job came in at the lower end of the range since unpredictable elements ended up being straightforward. I cannot rate Fred and his family team highly enough, honest, reliable and very tidy. I would definitely hire again. The job looks very smart.

Very happy with Fred and the work he carried out . I have elderly parents who unfortunately were conned out of £2k by some scammers who knocked on their front door. Fred came and had a look and explained that they had left the roof in a very poor state and he gave me some options . We had the work carried out and very happy with the final result.

Fred quoted for and completed the job to a good standard within a week at a reasonable price.

On 2nd May 2020 F l Loveridge Property Maintenance removed flat felt roof and started to replace it with Cure It. As of today 15th July 2020, I am waiting for the job to be completed.
