Nice lad. All simple and straight forward. Nothing not to like.

Courteous, professional, punctual and efficient. James was all of these things. We are very pleased with the work that was carried out. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, good quality work and fair price. As we have had to deal with some awful weather James kept in regular contact waiting for a dry day. The work consisted of replacing missing mortar on ridge tiles and repair of roof tile plus investigation into small leak around log burner flue. Very happy and would recommend Extance roofing.

James did a great job on our roof. He was punctual, tidy and on budget.

The roof work took longer than expected but the builder doesn't have total control of the weather or the scaffold work. Good job done.

Really pleased with James Extance roofing .....James kept us informed after making a couple of visits & fitted us in between other commitments James gave us a quotation for the work which remained the same, started & finished as agreed....... very happy, would highly recommend.

Immediate response to my request with a next day visit when all apparent broken tiles were replaced. It was first class service all round and will not hesitate to use James again or indeed recommend to the North Cadbury 'Next Door Service'.

Didn't know James had been EXCEPT for the replaced tile and a water tight roof proven with torrential rain and 40mph winds in the following 24 hours. Timely and efficient and at the right price. I would contract James again with no hesitation.

From start to finish has been a good experience I was kept informed daily of any changes. Very pleased.
