Got a fast response, they quickly spotted and sorted issue with leaking roof. All good.

Not a very good experience with this roofer so far. Would not recommend him if you have big job to do. Don't pay him any money upfront you wont see him again. Six weeks still no finished. Tried to patch in roof with what tiles he had rather than getting the right amount to finish and have it looking right after taking chimney down.

Quick and responsive at communication. Quick to follow up with action, no ghosting, very reliable on times. Bank money transfer process may need some updates to match modern secure banking practices. Would use Frazer again.

Frazer did an absolutely fabulous job. Communication and standards top notch. We had quotes from several companies but found his the most detailed and reasonable. No hidden costs and final invoice exact to quote. Everyone in the block over the moon.. the other buildings are jealous!

Came to put a coat of resin on the lead around my chimney. A few tiles broke when he was working on the roof. I had spare tiles for his to replace the ones that broke. I paid him and he left but then I noticed that he had not replaced one of the tiles that he broke when he was on the roof. I emailed him a few times and asked to come back to replace the tile. He said he would come back but he never did. Will not use him again and will not recommend him.

Quick and efficient. Kept in touch when scheduled appointment slipped. Arrived on time and resolved my issue.
