Our experience has not been positive. The craftmanship has been very poor and the communication even worse. We have always communicated in a polite way, and Ellis has always replied with a very arrogant tone. To start, a project that was scoped to take up to 3-4 days took almost a month from start to finish. Three different people were involved and every time some issues arose. The render on our facade showed hairlines as soon as the job was completed. Now after two months has deeper cracked all over. The three tiles laid on our front step are not aligned and one was fitted with a cracked corner despite having a few spare tiles they could have used. While rendering, they hammered the wall and cracked an internal wall which I had to pay a decorator to come and fix and the small discount that Ellis offered did not cover the cost involved in the repair. Throughout the process never received an apology or a professional way to offer some sort of customer service. We would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

Ellis turned up at my house from another job(clearly very busy) and his diary was full which is always a positive. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Once the very resonanble price was agreed (some the other quotes were just outrageous), Ellis arranged the scaffold, materials and very short notice request to add a new Fascia. The dormer looks fantastic, I was very impressed. Thanks Ellis.

Very pleased with the work carried out. Had a very awkward vaulted ceiling with 2 exposed beams, made a great job of plasterboarding and plastering. Would recommend.

Excellent job, really happy with results! Arrived about 7.30 ready to start job and worked solidly till left for 2 days. New partition wall built and whole room and ceiling plastered. Very polite and professional. Will be using again for my next job! Thank you very much :)

Great communication and did the job quickly and to a great standard. As we wanted to move quickly, Ellis quoted and arrived to complete the job the following Monday. We are using Ellis again for some further plastering work and will be referring him to others.

The guys at EL Plastering Services did a great job! Very good with communications and quickly arranged to come out and fix my wall up after a boiler removal, a job that a few other companies said was too small for them to come out! Lee arrived early, did the job to a good standard and even cleaned up after himself, what more could you want!
