Phoned beforehand, arrived on time. Very polite and informative. Took the time to make sure the job was 100% which includes aligning the front door so it closed and locked properly. Even had a look at another door which wasn't closing properly, had it fixed in 2 minutes. Found John to be very courteous and professional and would definitely ring him again if needed. Highly recommend.
