John listened to my issues and what I wanted him to achieve, he offered me his honest professional opinion and got to work straight away. John completed the job to a high standard, he had ample opportunity to up sell, however he didn’t do this, telling me the reasons why I didn’t require the more expensive options!!! Very trustworthy and I would absolutely use him again, he will be recommended to anyone who requires a locksmith! Thanks
