Initial contact with daniel was prompt after advertising the job. I communicated with him a few times whereby he was always helpful and courteous. His engineer Tony came the following day to view the job. Daniel forwarded a quote the day after, which I felt was reasonable. On installation day, Tony arrived on time. A nice man. Experienced, knowledgeable friendly and polite, who immediately instilled confidence. He started work immediately. Took no breaks in the 5.5 hrs the job took. He was very respectful of our property and decor. His pipework and general workmanship is very neat and tidy and he took his time to ensure of this. He also installed a shower for us which looks fabulous. I will definitely use ecoten again, requesting Tony. In fact, we've asked for a quote already for future work I. E. Plumbing in our bathroom. We are very pleased with our ecoten experience and highly recommend them.

Daniel and his team identified the problem. The entire boiler needed replacement. He was able to supply a quote and carry out the accepted work the very next day minimising the downtime we had with no hot water. His team were fast, friendly and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Daniel completed the job on time and so far I have not heard from my tenant so I believe the boiler is working fine. However, I am not sure whether the charge was reasonable as I did not have the time to get other quotes, otherwise happy with the outcome.

Job done however not happy that while putting up my new radiator two holes were obviously drilled in error and considering i had newly decorated no obvious attempt was made to tell me what happened. Instead radiator was put up with two drilled holes showing at eye level. Luckily I Managed to fill and touch up.. Thanks all the same for the work carried out...

I was contacted soon after posting the job; Daniel was polite and efficient. The quote was very reasonable and they completed the job the very next morning. The team member booked was polite and I would consider them reliable. He did forget to bring a couple of items of he toolkit with him, but the work was still carried out delay and to a high standard. I would definitely use Ecoten again.

Carl arrived early and completed the job as required.

Quickly booked appointment and for the time I wanted. No surprising costs and helpful too - chatted me through options etc. Have booked for a quote on work in my bathroom next week!
