Booked Saturday and I had a fully working, stylish burner with railway sleeper and Indian stone harth by 4pm on Monday. Took them about 6 hours. Very efficient, tidy and pleasant fitters. Much cheaper than the competition. I was quoted the same price without a sleeper and brick liner with a £400 stove. I have an £800 stove with all the about for £100 cheaper than the competition. Review left on 23 Jan 2018Rating: 5 out of 5Log Burner Install & Chimney Sweep - HETAS Registered(Updated on 24 Jan 2018)I couldn’t recommend these guys enough - very helpful, friendly and most importantly... identified a massive fire risk to our property!! Due to a previous job (TH Roofing Services - do NOT use!) who did a shoddy job of the plastering, opening of chimney, fitting of the stove and failed to identify there was no chimey breast in the loft. Therefore, I couldn’t have the stove fitted due to these reasons which were out of both of our control. Instead, the team at Ecotechstoves helped remove the fitted stove, hearth and plastered the chimey breast. The Customer service me and my partner received we couldn’t fault and we were informed throughout the day. I appreciate all the help we were given and how quick you were able to resolve the best of a bad situation, fantastic.
