We had struggled for months to find a reliable builder who turned up on time and gave a sensible quote in the right price range until we found MyBuilder.com. Within 12 hours of uploading our requirements, Dale at Your-Build had been in touch, a site visit, a detailed quote and a week later work started. This was our first time engaging in a renovation project and the professionalism, courtesy and attention given by Dale and Tash at Your-Build made the entire project hassle free and easy, removing any of the fears you may have in undertaking this type of project. Dale and his team were a pleasure to work with and have in our house. They kept an incredibly tidy and clean site, they worked efficiently, and finished the work dead on schedule. The quality of both the building work and joinery work undertaken was of the highest order, and there was no slippage from the original quote except as a result of us changing our minds, rather than being told we need to do things differently. The fact Dales team project managed everything from the initial knock through to the plasterer, electrician, plumber and joinery meant there were no issues of running back and forth trying to co-ordinate things, it was all done by Dale, removing any stress we might have had. We are incredibly happy with the finished product and I can strongly recommend Dale and his team at Your-Build, nothing was an issue, only a challenge to be resolved. Tim and Sandra Weeks.

After speaking to many people we decided to go with Tash and Dale of DV Joinery (now "your-build" I believe). We felt instantly at ease with them and they came up with some fantastic ideas that saved us time and money as well as improving on our original plans. During the job my wife and myself decided to change a few things and when we asked if it was possible we were always given a "yes" as an answer and things were completed just as we wanted it. Everyday Dale and his workmen were in, they tidied up after themselves and were a pleasure to be around. The work overall was excellent and as stated previously, exactly what we wanted. We will be using Dale and Tash again for all our building works in the future and will recommend them highly to friends and family.

Cant praise Dale and Pete high enough. Did an absolutely fantastic job on a very damaged balcony roof. Quality of work wonderful and they were polite and friendly and amazingly hard workers . Extremely reasonable costings and all work explained and agreed. 100% professional and I am delighted. Will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to friends.

Dale and his team did an excellent job in installing a Velux and plaster-boarding in an attic room. The work was completed on time and to a very high level of quality.

After 2 years of planning our house, it was critical that we found the right builder. We selected DV Joinery because: - Dale shared our vision for the project - They had the capabilities to do the job - DV presented themselves as a professional organization. - They were able to meet our timelines. - While not the cheapest, we were confident that they had estimated the cost of the job appropriately. Overall we are very pleased with the results. Our house has been transformed and we are extremely grateful to Dale and his team for all of the work. Specifically: - Dale is professional, polite, and pleasant to deal with. He has a passion for getting the “job done right”, and his work is of a high quality. - Dale was very flexible and worked around our schedule. He was always on site if we needed to meet up and we had regular telephone updates. - Dale had a great team of sub-contractors who provided an equally professional service to Dale, and the quality of the work could not be faulted. - DV joinery worked within the budget. - Given the contemporary design, the overall quality of the finish has been key to the success of the project. I would like to thank Dale and his team for their commitment to this project. We are now very happy and living in our new home. Dale and his team undertook a complete refurbishment of our downstairs, stairs and landing including a new kitchen, new flooring, removing a wall and altering two others. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Probably the best compliment that can be paid is that the end result exceeded even our own high expectations. Having everyone from builders and electricians to plasterers and painters in your home for several weeks on such a big job can be a strain, but Dale and his team were all such a pleasure to deal with and everything was done so considerately that it was painless. Dale is also full of great ideas for ways to improve the house. His input was invaluable and we still look at many aspects of the job and feel glad we listened to him. Dale treated the job as though he was working on his own home and was never happy unless we were. Tash was also a pleasure to deal with, always available to discuss matters and working tirelessly on our behalf to source materials etc. at the best possible price. In particular we gave her a photo of the bi-folding doors we wanted and she went out and got them made on budget. When it came to the Kitchen, Tash promised us she would get us one we loved on budget and again she delivered. Just the upstairs to do now and we will get Dale, Tash and the rest of the team back without hesitation.

Work completed to our satisfaction in a friendly and helpful way. Good value for money and would use Dales' company for any future work needed.

This was a complex extension, which Dale delivered bang on schedule, in line with his project plan, thank-you. Throughout the build, Dale made a point of ensuring that the materials used were good quality and in line with my design specification, ensuring the end result fully met both my requirement and that of the building inspector in terms of build quality. On the occasion that specialist skills were required, Dale supplemented his team with skilled people who also worked to a high standard. Dale is hard working and personable. He always arrived when he said he would, kept in touch through regular dialogue and kept the site clean, which was much appreciated as we remained in the house throughout.

Work was completed to deadline.
