Kevin gave me confidence on the phone that he would be able to identify the problem and made various suggestions. He phoned to let me know he was on his way and quickly identified the problem - user error as our tenant hadn't set the controls correctly! He set it properly and left the system working as it should.Review from mr52913, Hook mr52913, Hook

Very pleased with all aspects of the job. Having made contact on a Saturday evening Kevin was available the following afternoon. Answered all questions prior to the job very promptly. Phoned prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. Once the boiler was opened he knew exactly what the problem was and the repair was completed very swiftly. I was also able to pay with card, which is always handy. I found Kevin to be very polite and knowledgeable and have no hesitation in recommending him. Many thanks.Review from bobastill, Andover bobastill, Andover

Kevin did an amazing job fixing our radiator. It was a quick fix, but we had another plumber in before him who wouldn't figure it out. Well done Kevin!Review from chris1608, Bracknell chris1608, Bracknell
Review left on 11 Nov 2019Rating: 1 out of 5(Updated on 13 Nov 2019)Fix boiler quickly
Left with NO HOT WATER. The NEW part he changed but left old seals in place and is leaking. Also said I needed micro switch for hot water to work but I didnt. He WILL NOT come back and fix as reckons its nothing he has done. ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL and. DripDrip plumbing is correct name for his work. Be warnedAnswer from tradesperson:
Hi Chris I attended this job 09/09/19 for no heating/hot water on inspection found that the boiler diverter valve needs replacing as it was leaking. I offer to order the complete kit but you refuse and order it yourself online, I did explain to you some of the part online are not genuine. I fitted the part you ordered online and left your tenant with heating but no hot water due to part of the kit was missing that you ordered online, I did explained that to you which you said you will get online for £1. 3 weeks later you called me ranting on the phone that your tenant had no heating and I need to go back, I made it clear that if it has nothing to do with my work then there is a charge involved. On inspection found that your tenant did not turn on the programmer for heating, I explained to the tenant how to operate the system properly and left her with heating. You have yet to settle my invoice for that visit. You then contacted me again the night before I was due to go on holiday, which you said your said the boiler is leaking, you accuse me that it’s leaking from the part that I fitted, which I said it could be leaking from anywhere, the boiler is around 20 years old. You nor your tenant are heating engineer to make that assumption that I did not replace all seals, that’s a standard practice for me to replace seal to prevent any leaks or call back. I have not return due to your treating texts and unsettle invoice. Best wishes
