Mitch was on time, no hassle, very efficient, very tidy and we thought excellent value for money fitting two kitchen taps and assessing our shower. He also suggested some potential improvements to the current system which we will take up in due time. Very satisfied.

Mitch came round almost immediately and solved problem with leaking manifold to underfloor heating. Explained what he was doing clearly and presented me with options to prevent it happening again. Would definitely recommend.

Competitive quote and attended next day to complete the work I had posted. Just before Mitch arrived I discovered that half of the work I had posted may not be necessary. I apologised to Mitch and made it clear that I still expected to pay his labour costs for that part of the job but Mitch wouldn’t hear of it. As it happened, while installing the hot water gate valve Mitch noticed that the mains stop cock wasn’t 100% efficient after all and fitted another. I was impressed by Mitch’s thought process, he tcompleted the works causing as little disruption as possible and ensured all was working correctly before leaving the workspaces clean and tidy. Will definitely be using Mitch’s services again when needed.
