    Leaking flat roof

    Dave made prompt contact and arranged to visit the site soon after. He provided a detailed and transparent written quote with a very competitive price. Dave and his assistant turned up early on the day of the job and worked continuously until completed, finishing the job in a day. Dave was courteous with ensured that all waste was cleared away on completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rubber Roofing Wales to other customers.

    Roof problem

    David did a really good job.cleared up afterwards.kept to his estimate.was a very friendly and knowledgeable man,and the finished job looks great.would recommend him to anyone. The job he did was not straightforward as he had to replace the roof on utility room that was only built a few years and to make things worse the building was out of square so it made it harder for him but beside the extra cutting he kept to his estimate

    roof leak

    Accepted quote, David seemed very helpful and efficient but never actually came to do the job and was impossible to contact.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This is quite odd as I have no record of ever having been accepted for this job. It was priced but due to our work commitments at the time it was suggested that the customer used a different tradesman as the diary was so full I was not sure when I could get there.

    Roof and loft insulation

    I accepted David as he seemed to have the right approach. Mine was a job of two halves, but David did the easier part and, despite repeated requests has not returned with either a price or a date to finish the work. From pricing to doing the work took 8 weeks despite being told it could be fitted in as it was only a small job. I therefore consider him to be unreliable. I am a 75 year old woman living alone and feel I was not taken seriously.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    During discussions with the customer it was never mentioned that time was an issue. The first part of the job was completed at the first mutually convenient time. With regard to the 2nd part of the job a price was submitted but I did not hear anything from the customer so assumed the price was too high. My sincere apologies if the communication was not as effective as it should have been

    Shower to re -grout and bathroom to paint

    I was contacted promptly , quoted for after a viewing .The team arrived punctually and completed the work in the time scale with no mess or complications and included an extra task without fuss . I would recommend this tradesman

    prepare 1 bed ex-rental flat for sale

    david and Jordan were really helpful, super-fast and they kept in touch as work progressed. great value too and trustworthy. I hadn't used decorators before, having been a DIYer in the past but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience and I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

    leak from roof/guttering/flashing above front door
    I'm very happy with the service and work that Dave did for me. He was friendly and reliable. He turned up when he said he would and was very open from the outset about the possible causes of the leak, the options for repairing it and possible costs. He worked hard to make sure that the cost was kept to a minimum which was really appreciated. I would use him again and would be happy to recommend him.

    Jordan was very helpful, arrived early, did an excellent job, which was completed in one day. We would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him as a reliable and skilled tradesman.

    Rub down and repaint hallway, landing and stairs
    Jordan was an exceptionally punctual character with a great understanding of his work. We have used him since this job as we are very happy with his finish.
