Fast and efficient service.

Julian visited our property promptly, identified the problem ( condensation rather than anything structural ) and advised how to remedy the problem. He appears to be a very experienced and knowledgeable guy and gave us a great deal of information re. causes, effects, solutions. I contacted Julian via MyBuilder to survey damp in two rooms of an office I have to let. Julian attended the next day to quote and offered a solution the other people never suggested and was reasonably priced. He was very positive and professional. The work was completed in a timely manor. I was concerned with the mess that removing the plaster back to brickwork caused but I needn't have worried as Julian had covered the floors, cleaned and vacuumed everywhere. Julian's biggest asset is that he answers his phone almost instantly to answer any queries. I would certainly recommend him.
