Prompt response. Happy with service delivered. Charged me £80 just to remove a piece of plastic clogging up my cistern though which I found rather unfair but otherwise ok.

Danny and Paul were great, it wasn't a straight forward fitting of an outside tap as the pipework needed to come halfway round the house, they tried to find an easier way of doing the work which would have saved them time and me money, which was good of them, not everyone would have done that, this wasn't possible unfortunately but they fitted the tap and made an excellent job of it. They were both polite and cheerful and made sure everything was OK once the job was finished, Danny also messaged me the next day to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend these to guys.

Prompt response. Attended next working day to view the job and after obtaining costings for parts provided a quote. Prompt attendance to undertake repair and replacement. Good work, tidy and clean and replacement parts installed tested and working. Good communication throughout - would recommend

Danny was very quick to get in touch and arrange for Davy to come out to take a look and get a quote done. Davy was great at talking through the potential causes and solutions and after accepting the quote came back later the same day to complete the work. Very professional and friendly, and the work looks good.

Definitely recommend Danny and Paul very polite and helpful had on going issue with heating and hot water and they quickly found the problem and fixed it thanks again guys!
