Excellent communication, very prompt and reliable, when Fred visited to diagnose the problem he advised us how to fix it ourselves and didn't charge a penny. We will be recommending him to friends and definitely call him first with any other jobs.

Fred did a great job fixing the radiator and left everything clean and tidy. He is a really nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Really pleased I hired Fred. He gave a comprehensive quote with all the info I needed, and was able to come round on a day to suit me. Found the fault within the hour, it needed an unusual new part but he was back with it the next day (a Saturday) which was fantastic. Overall time charged was 1.5hrs, and cost was about a third of what British Gas had quoted for the same time. Fred is a really nice guy, friendly, polite and punctual; next time I need work I will probably just call him directly!

Fred got back in touch promptly and came by to do the check at the earliest opportunity convenient for us (Sat morning) and when about it quickly and thoroughly. He charged £60 for the gas safety check and combi boiler service which was not the cheapest quote but we liked the fact that he does contract work for British Gas. He was very pleasant and sent the report electronically which I found helpful.

The service was very good. The price was given before the job was completed. The work was carried out and checked and a certificate of safety was given. Would certainly use this company again.
