Darren arrived on time and worked right through without a break until the work was complete. The boiler fit was finished at exactly the time that he estimated. Highly satisfied.

Darren arrived promptly, although a day later than planned due to my SOS (no pun intended 🤠) because of a supplier issue, but was fully communicated & explained by Darren. The boiler exchange was completed in 4 hours and Darren made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I was quoted £2,800 by British Gas for the same job & I declined. 6 weeks later at 10-15pm Sunday night, a text from B/Gas, we will arrive at 7am Mon morn to install new boiler. WTF. Darren charged £1200 LESS & explained B/Gas will often add more to a quote for fictitious reasons (£650 for a bracket that wasn’t needed in my case). So extremely knowledgeable. Very professional & efficient. Was on hand instantly with a query long after the job had closed & paid up with advice. For those who don’t know, I paid 50% upfront as deposit & the new boiler is then ordered. The rest on completion. Top fella & would recommend in a heartbeat.

Brilliant from start to finish even come out on a Sunday to fit my boiler

Switched from an old system boiler to a new combi. Arrived bang on time at 9am and were completely finished by 3pm — very tidy, no mess, and everything explained clearly. Couldn't be happier with the service and the new boiler is working perfectly. Wish I would have done it sooner. Would highly recommend Boiler SOS!

Due to struggling to get gas cap off due to being over tight persevered and got it off did an amazing job we installing cooker checked everything was working and checked meter and boiler couldn’t fault this guy and very good customer service definitely recommend boiler sos
