    replacing cavity wall ties and damp proofing

    Mr Woods completed work on our property recently and I can thoroughly reccomend him. He got the job done when he said he would, with no problems, provided all the relevant gaurantees and charged a very reasonable price. Good bloke, would reccomend him to anyone. Cheers Mr Woods.

    Replace floor joists and install damp proofing
    The job was done ok, I did think the time taken lasted too long, the workmen stayed untill 8-30 in the evening to finish the job and would have been there later. I eventually asked them to leave and come back the next day, did not need this after a hard days work. I thought it was more for them rather than us.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    The work hired by damp tech was very reasonable concidering the amount of work we done on the day. The reason we worked so late was because we was only surpose to remove a few joist we ended doing all the floor in which was ashfelted on top of the timbers,we had to grind this out we ended up felling about 15 bags in which felt like a ton,we romoved about 80 foot of 5x6 joists and about 200 foot out tonge and grove, we finished late so the owner could use the kitchen, all the old timbers and bags of ashfelet was loaded in our van the same day,we kept the price the same,we done our best to please our customer,we did apologise for the late finish, (sad to say you cant win no matter how much you try) Mr woods

    damp proofing to the rear of building

    straight up and well experienced very nice person on time hassel free and reasuring work carried out damp proof injecting and was very effcient guaranteed and surveyed work carried out at resonable rates by Mr woods and his colluege and his son and would like to thank all of them for work done on the day thankyou lads. "would recommend to anyone use him very proffesional and no nonsence" and will be using him on my next project

    damp on internal party wall

    Charlie was very courteous and so was his mate,they turned up on time and both did a good job and cleaned up after they finished. i would recommend them to any one.

    cause and extent of damp, carry out remedial work

    I needed damp proof injection to most of walls on ground floor in terraced house. Job completed to my arrangements. Guarantee given for work completed. All good.

    damp proofing 2 downstairs rooms both about 3.6m x 3.6m, in a terraced house, plaster will already be knocked, and without plastering.

    Damp proofing and general small works

    Charlie was brilliant, quick and on time. I needed damp proof injection to most of walls on ground floor plus needed two rooms knocked into one upstairs, ventilation vents and electric ventilation in bathroom plus some otherr jobs. Charlie stuck to his very competitive quote and finished everything to my complete satisfaction. Great guy and I would defintley recommend him over and over again.
