Very pleased with Craig's work. He turned up on time, explained what the problem was and resolved it in a professional manner. Restored my confidence in trades people after being let down by others. He will be coming back in the near future to do more work.

Excellent - Craig promptly came to view my property and continued to offer clear and concise guidance - nil charge. He is clearly knowledgeable in this field and i would have no hesitations in hiring Craig again should the need arise.

Craig has restored my faith in tradespeople! He arrived on time and was very courteous. I explained my issue being a damp patch on a cob wall which had been getting worse over time. We spoke about factors that may be causing it and he explained the works that he could carry out to remedy it. He also explained the nature of cob and how environmental factors can impact on the efficiency of how cob houses are meant to work. All of which was in language I could understand. Ultimately Craig will not be carrying out the works just yet as he advised that if I resolve a different environmental issue I have that may infact result in resolving my damp problem so I am going to try that first. If however after trying the alternative I still have the problem I will not hesitate to contact Craig again to carry out works.

Honest, timely and great communications throughout. Great workmanship would recommend to anyone and hope to work with you again craig

Craig has kept me informed in these difficult times and completed the job as soon as he was able to my full satisfaction. He is extremely pleasant to deal with and the work was undertaken efficently and tidily. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Craig came and assessed our problem. It was a small job of resealing the porch to the house.then came back and as it was so small and only took a short while. Job was done & he felt it was too small to charge so was done for free. Great customer service so nice to have an honest contractor and one that was willing to pay forward to the community. Highly recommend that you hire this company!! 🙂

From the outset it was a great experience and we found Craig.to be polite, professional and his work is tidy. We would higjly reccomend Craig to anyone wanting work done inside or outside of their property. . We have aeady asked Craig to quote us for a Catio. We consider Craig to be reliable and trustworthy.

I cannot recommend Criag highly enough. He is very efficient and clean, friendly to both myself and my dog throughout. I really appreciated the NHS discount and how flexible he was with my work pattern. So much so he would continue to work on days I wasn’t able to be in the house which meant all work was completed within 5 days. I had two damp patches on chimney breasts which have now been treated and plastered to a perfect standard ready for decoration once dried, and ventilation installed to stop the damp returning. He even helped move all belongings to cover with dust sheets. If I ever have an issue again I’ll be booking Craig for definite.

Craig came to inspect the water ingress & damp problem caused after the previous two storms, he offered honest and professional advice which I found refreshing in todays climate. I would definitely be using CHP to carry out any remedial work should the need arise.

Great to have an honest tradesperson. Craig visited promptly, told us what the problem is and how it can be solved. He advised our options, not all were something he would be able to fix, and left the decision to us. When the weather improves we can choose the best solution for us, and will definitely use Craig. Highly recommended.
