Paul was great in giving a quote without any faff, communicating quickly about when he was able to come, and he came exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in carrying out the test, explaining to me what was what and the small works needed to put everything right. We were very happy with Paul's work and would recommend him without any reservation.
