Constantin did a great job. Cleaned, repointed and sealed our sandstone patio and cleaned, repaired, re-sanded and sealed our block paving driveway. Very happy with their work and happy to recommend.

We required our garden to be remodelled folllowing our building renovation. This was for our front and back gardens. The quote that our own builder provided was not great. We looked at mybuilder.com and read various reviews and recommendations. In total we had 4 quotes and Constantin came out on top for his professionalism, price and time to completion. He started very promptly and removed all the concrete and old lawn. We wanted wooden garden beds matching a design we had found online. In addition, we asked for artifical grass which he provided and laid. He did this all without fuss and was able to match the new paving that our builder had previously prepared. For our front garden, Constantin provided advice and made good suggestions. This included new gating, fencing and pebbling which has transformed the look. This was all done at a resonable price. Overall I would support all the positive feedback that Constantin has received. He was very easy to contact, approachable and came back without hesitation to finish the job (due to delays which was not caused by him). I would strongly recommend M&C Paving and his team.

The job was to level the bottom of our garden, build a platform for a shed and a patio and to create 4 vegetable plots with paths between. Constantin contacted us the day we posted, visited the site on Monday, quoted a great price on Tuesday and started work on Thursday. They finished the following Monday: Fantastic; the job involved a huge amount of digging and moving soil and carrying materials uphill to the site with poor access, through the house. All this was accomplished with great speed and skill. Constantin’s ideas for paving the patio were first class and it was a pleasure working with him.

Extremely hard working, very pleasant and efficient. Constantin popped round this morning to assess the work and quote, within a hour arrived back with the extra materials an extra pair of hands and started working, without a break, completed the fence by 5.30pm. Would definitely use them again.

Mario and Vasili have done an excellent job on our garden (makeover of the front and back of the garden with patio extension and creation of flower beds). They provided a very reasonable quote and the job was completed on time, on budget and with great attention to detail. Mario and Vasili know they trade well, they are hard-working and courteous. They arrive on time, work fast and accurately. In addition, Mario has a good eye for design and solid experience of landscaping and can provide sound advice. In fact, we took advantage of his knowledge on a few aspects of the project and are very happy to have done so. In short, Mario and team are true professionals and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Constantine is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best trader I have ever hired. He holds himself to exacting standards, offers frank advice when choosing materials and pays extreme attention to detail. He works fast (he dug up and shifted 20-30tonnes of concrete in 2 days) and was even able to help resolve a potential dispute with our neighbour. We are absolutely delighted with our new garden and would strongly recommend him.

I instructed M&C Paving & Landscaping to pave my driveway, install a drainage system in the driveway, replace the fence beside the driveway, create a flower border with wooden sleepers, and go some general gardening. The quality of work was outstanding. Mario and his coworker are highly skilled, hardworking and pay meticulous attention to detail. They are extremely neat and tidied everything away nicely at the end of the day, so that the site always looked good. They arrived at about 7:30am and worked steadily until 7:30pm to ensure that the job was finished on time. Their quote was very reasonable, and they used good quality materials. They are knowledgeable, respectful and very pleasant to work with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring paving or landscaping experts, and I will ask them to do work in the rear garden in future.
