Hosu Constantine (Costi) the owner of M$C Paving is an amazingly intelligent hard working, reliable, honest General Paving and Landscape gardener, with many professional handyman skills. He has a cheerful personality and shows genuine kindness and warmth. Costi undertook to redesign, reconstruct and complete our small/medium sized back-yard. He laid a new (second) patio, constructed a new serpentine dwarf decorative wall for the plant borders, and enhanced the new reshaped lawn with decorative edging stones. In addition he reaped up our old patio slabs and the garden path flagstones; pressure cleaned and reconstructed them to a new layout. He completed the contracted job including clearing up waste well before his original estimated time. His attention to detail and quality is most impressive and his tips and advice are very practical. He does not cut-corners and is flexible to adopt if this improves the original concept. Impressed with his workmanship his contract was extended for our house (4-bed-detached) brick-re-pointing, and exterior painting; and again he showed his professional skills in completing them well and before time. His quotations are cost competitive. He not only clears all his wastes on final completion, but meticulously leaves his work place clean and tidy every night. In future we intend to call Costi first if he can offer us with a service and will openly recommend him to anyone interested for outdoor jobs.
