Wow!! I can not find the right words to express how impressed I have been with this Company. From my first enquiry to the completion of this job has been amazing. Simon along with Richard provided me with the best options available to install the new pipe work I required, including the pro's and con's of each method to enable me to make a decision. The price quoted was very reasonable, time scale of completion exceptional and the workmanship of a very high standard. On top of that, both gentleman were very polite, disruption kept to a minimal, knowledgable in their field of expertise and ensured everything was clean and tidy upon job completition. I will definately be recommending Simon to all of my friends and family should the need arise and he will be the first person I will contact in the future. Swift quote, pleasant to deal with from the outset and easily contactable. The work (toilet/sink replacement/radiator move and gas pipe capping), was done swiftly and efficiently, to the timescale predicted and to a good standard. Simon was flexible to slight alterations between the quote and the work, and has agreed to return to complete a job that has been delayed, through no fault of his own, at no extra cost. I am already planning on using him again.

Highly reccommend, a lovely genuine guy and a great prompt service. I had no hot water, so Simon came out the same day as he accepted the job. He kept me updated as to when the parts would be delivered and my boiler is now fixed within 3 days. Very reasonably priced and will definately be using his services again, thanks again Simon

I cannot offer enough praise to Simon and Richard who, from first contact were polite, did everything they said they would and when they said they would. When a delivery let them down, I was informed within 3 minutes. The job was done neatly, swiftly and the very fair quoted price, was the price I paid. Thanks for being so good with my elderly mother who is, thanks to Simon and Richard, warm again in her home. Thanks also for doing the job within 48 hours. Excellent!

Very good service throughout from Simon & Richard. System flushed, magnetic and hard-water filters fitted and problem radiator in the kitchen fixed. Courteous, professional and hard-working. No hesitation in recommending to others or indeed hiring for future jobs.

Hi my name is Andrew and I have had numerous jobs carried out by coolheat. They are polite, professional and the work has been carried out to a very high standard.

Sitting here in a nice warm house thanks to Coolheat! They replaced an oil-fired boiler for us, including moving the flue. They also flushed out the radiators and fitted an electric water pump which we have to improve water pressure. Nice guys to deal with, would hire them again. Recommend.
