Charlie and the team did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to have in my home for the week. From the initial meeting to quote, and the follow up to measure up the sizes of everything i needed to buy, he was very professional and honest. He was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions about the correct things to buy. His recommendations and guidance were spot on and am so so pleased with the look and quality of my finished bathroom! He was dedicated to the job for the full week and left the house clean and tidy at the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and wish I had another bathroom to get him back again!

What a find!! We were so impressed with the quality of workmanship. This is a team of people who know their trades and work to a high standard. Charlie gave us a time and date and arrived early every day. They were polite and listened to what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. The area they worked in was left spotless when they left. The result is better than we ever imagined it would be. I would definitely recommend.

Charlie refurbished 2 of our bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier. He and his team were very professional and accommodating. The work has been completed at a very high level and would use them in the future for any other alterations. Helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Thanks again.

We gave Charlie the key and left him to get on with the job for the week. He completed the job as planned to a great standard. He kept us updated daily on progress and sent us pictures to show development. He would also double check what we wanted before commencing any work. The house was left very clean and tidy and he took me through everything that he had completed. A very lovely man who I would definitely recommend!

Charlie and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom. The price he quoted us was very reasonable and the quality of his work was spot on. He was hard working, professional, reliable, arrived on time and kept me well informed on his progress. Charlie and his team were very helpful, efficient, tidy and pleasant throughout. Charlie provided a prompt quotation, agreed a starting date, and suggested a helpful supplier for the bathroom equipment which I chose to use. My new bathroom looks very nice so I am very pleased with the work and would recoomend them to others.

I cannot rate Charlie and Clear Plumbing and Building highly enough! From the very start of the process when Charlie came around to quote for the job, to the start and end of our bathroom renovation, Charlie and his team have done a superb re-fit for us. He offered ideas during the design process, and during the works kept us fully briefed on progress. The work was completed to the highest standard, with excellent attention to detail. The pricing was fair in comparison to other quotes we got and the whole project delivered on budget. Charlie and his team worked cleanly, always tidying up after themselves at end of each evening. I really cannot rate Clear Plumbing highly enough - will definitely be using again!

Where do I begin, I was helping my parents to choose a competent and understand builder to refit their bathroom, my dad has dementia so this added to the stress of people in the house and the disruption the works would cause. Well all I can say I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever with our choice Charlie and his small friendly team were exemplary from the start right up to the aftercare service I truly cannot recommend them enough. The quote was detailed an honest ( I'm an estimator so I knew this was a fair price for the works), there were no hidden extras or surprises along the way, the work was done to a high standard in under 2 weeks in a very tidy and considerate fashion. Charlie heads up his small team along with Rachel and Daniel and their electrician Gary, all are very friendly and hardworking, if you are in any doubt of a daunting bathroom fit you really couldn't go wrong with this team, they cleaned up after each visit and were considerate to my parents throughout the process, compared with my own bathroom project which took 6 weeks and was a complete disaster of errors Charlie's team were amazing and come 100% recommended from someone who works in the construction industry and knows what cowboys you can be unfortunate to come across when you are unlucky, I would use Charlie for my next bathroom refit if he will travel to mine!? I really can't thank Charlie and his team enough they were true honest hardworking gentlemen a real pleasure to have worked with 🙏 👍😉

We approached Charlie about having our old and dated bathroom completely gutted and refitted. As soon as we contacted him was in contact with us to arrange a quote and to come and have a look at the bathroom. He came back to us swiftly with a quote and no job seemed too big, he was helpful, professional and very approachable. Some builders have a habit of coming across disgruntled and you could ask him anything without ever feeling silly for having a lack of knowledge. When the work started Charlie covered the flat in protective plastic to protect the carpet and rooms from dust and debris, any problems he encountered he quickly rectified. He was very clean and his work has surpassed our expectations which in this day and age is rare thing. His price was reasonable and made every endeavor to make the budget work. His tiler was fast and efficient and tiled 24 square meters in two days. We were on holiday during the work and Charlie kept us updated with pictures every step of the way. At the end of the job his partner came in and completely cleaned the house which is a very nice added bonus, not only that, we didn't require a skip as they arranged for the old bathroom to be collected again saving us money. There were no hidden nasty extras and if we had forgotten to buy something he was there to rectify it for us. I could not recommend Charlie enough by far the most professional and high quality tradesman we have encountered.
