Absolutely fantastic - cannot fault a thing from the quotation and waiting time to the quality of the work, burner and consideration of the two lovely chaps who came to the house! You can tell they really take pride in their work and want you to be happy with the end result.

Had 2 log burners installed . One does not draw properly. I contacted brett in early October and still waiting for a spinner to be put on .I was told approx 2 weeks. Surprised that I have this problem given that I thought I was employing a chimney expert. After sales service shoddy and I will not use again because of it

Outstanding. I could not recommend Brett and his team highly enough. They took out an old log burner that was chuffing out smoke into an unlined chimney, lined and capped my chimney, and installed a new multifuel stove that I had sourced, ordered and bought myself. The delivery of the stove was a nightmare and even though it wasn't Brett's problem to solve, he went out of his way to be helpful, offering to collect it for us and even source a replacement when it looked like I'd been taken for a ride by the shop I ordered it from. They arrived a day early (with my permission, obviously), and warned me that the installation was likely to be messy as it was into an unlined, unswept chimney. I feared the worst - but there's barely any mess at all. They used a dust extractor, sheets and endless hoovering - you wouldn't know the contents of my chimney just fell through into my house. Once the burner was in place, it was apparent that it wasn't centred to the fireplace - not their fault, the previous register plate was apparently out and it was much more noticeable with my new stove. The team said this wasn't acceptable to them, they wouldn't want it looking like that in their house - so they took it out and centred it, adding an extra hour onto their day for no extra cost to me. Their attitude was, it needs to be right. Great people to have in the house, really friendly, very efficient. You can hire them without reservation.

These guys were brilliant, polite, friendly really helped my mum out, did a great job of the fire, even though the chimney was blocked and required extra work they did a great job would recommend them to any of your friends and family even cleaned up after the job spot on.

They did a great job fitting my log burner. Very professional and very friendly. They kept me updated all through the process. The work was finished quickly and to a very high standard. Easy to communicate with them through Whatsapp and they were happy to fit in around my work schedule. Work was completed sooner than I thought which was excellent. I'll definitely be using them moving forward for chimney sweeping etc. Thanks guys!

Had my log burner installed today and all I can say is I couldn’t recommend the team enough. The two fitters were lovely on time and tidied as they progressed with the installation. Brett was very helpful as well and helped us find our log burner for the size of our house. Highly recommend plus I’ve already passed there telephone number onto a friend. Thank you so much and we will see you in a year for a sweep. Catherine Walker

The chimney was reopened and lined, a stack added and log burner installed. Slight issue with getting the original stove but Brett kept me informed and found a suitable alternative for what I had planned. This being down to a shortage given the popularity of installing stoves at this time. There’s a little remedial work with tidying up plaster and paint but all in the guys worked clean and informed us along the way. Overall satisfied with the outcome and love the option of having the burner going. Which is great at this time of year. Thanks Brett and the guys for sorting. Much better than the fan heater that was there before.
