Fantastic service , job was completed and looks wonderful

The guys that came to fit our multi fuel stove were very friendly and professional answering any questions we had. Left us the paper work to show the install was compliant. Communication was good and the job was done the day after first contact.

The work was completed to a good standard. However the gang that was sent turned up on day one with acro props which would be needed for the opening of the chimney breasts. All friendly enough and work to a decent standard. A few issues arose throughout the work resulting in an increased cost. The owner suggested that the price was based on a day rate which is fair enough, problems arise. However, when they came without acros there was a delay so there was negotiation to be hand. Ensure when agreeing price that waste disposal is included.
