What started as a straightforward job became complicated by the Corona Virus lockdown. The work was professionally carried out In extremely difficult circumstances without compromising my safety. I am very pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Colin and his team worked hard and in challenging circumstances to complete the refurbishment of my flat which included the installation of a new bathroom, new boiler, painting of all rooms and laying down carpet amongst other things. He was good at communicating ( I live out of town) progress and prompt to let me know about any difficulties. Yes, I would hire him again.

Colin kept me informed with pictures on the work that was carried out daily as I don't live nearby. Always very quick to answer my calls, text and any queries/concerns that I have any time of the day - early mornings/late evenings/weekends! . Even managed to keep my difficult neighbour on the floor above happy when work was being carried out! Despite a few bits still awaiting to be completed (due to materials not being able to be sourced in this current COVID lockdown), I completed the payment for the job, as I felt assured he was trustworthy. Thank you for all your help again.

My mother urgently needed her water pump replacing or repairing. I advertised the job on My Builder and within a short time had a message from Colin saying he could get someone there that afternoon, which he did. The pump was old and was replaced within a few days. A brilliant service all round! Thank you

Colin was able to get the job done in a quick manner, as promised, as I had tenants in place. His crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves and even stayed late to complete the job. I would have no problem recommending them for any other project and would use them on any others works that I needed to have done

Sorry Colin, l forgot to complete my review. Bit of a mixture... Firstly you were very helpful when you came round to carry out assessment. The guy who came round to do the work felt it was too much for one man to complete in one day, which it proved to be. The job itself was done very well and looks neat and tidy, even though l had to keep reminding him what l needed done. There were bits that needed further work which l completed myself, as time was against your guy. All in all l am please with the work done. When l come to use you again maybe a little more thought about timescales and expectation. Many thanks.... John
