Laminate floor installed in living room
Alex did an awesome job helping us choose and subsequently fit laminate flooring and removing an old carpet. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use again when we’re ready to do other rooms.

    Retile kitchen floor and walls
The workmanship was great, they in fact completed a complete kitchen makeover, including changing units, painting, tiling and flooring. I couldn't complain about the end result with the only thing that could have been slightly better was the communication regarding who was turning up and when Overall I am very pleased with CB Property Maintenance and would recommend them.

    Fire doors and partition
It was a difficult job to create a firer partition within a old property within keeping with the syle of the property and for it to pass building regs. Now looks like it's always been there. Work finish to a good standard and im very pleased all works passed. All the builders respected Covid restrictions and worked with masks and kept social distance. They also cleaned up everyday prior to leaving the job. Lisa kept incontact and updated when builders would attend property. If there were concerns raised, these were dealt with quickly and Colin worked directly with building regs to ensure works completed to the fire standard required to gain the completion certificate. Very pleased with end result and would use them again.

    Updating Small Bathroom
I called C.B.Property to update a small outdated bathroom, to box unsightly boiler tubes in the kitchen and to fill holes in the bedroom. Colin had immediate answers to all problems. I can say that a great care was taken to every detail and we now have a much improved bathroom with 2 new shower heads, basin, WC, towel rail, floorboards and bifold door. Thank you Ryan, excellent plumbing work. Lisa provided helpful and friendly communication. Work was finished according to a detailed competitive estimate and all rubbish was promptly cleared. As we are very happy with the result we would not hesitate to recommend Colin's company. Alena and Martin (son) Stone

    Badly constructed extension needs rebuilding
Our house has an extension at the back, built by previous owners as a Laundry Room. It was very badly constructed, draughty, rain came through the roof, the doors didn’t fit properly, and it had never been completely finished. We’d had several repairs done but decided in the end that the best thing would be to have it virtually demolished and rebuilt. Colin was one of the first to respond and came the next day to quote. I was happy with his suggestions for the replacement walls, doors, windows and roof, and the cost was in the region that I had anticipated. Work began a couple of weeks later. Simon and Jad worked particularly hard on the walls, windows, doors and ceiling joists; Mark did a good job on the EPDM roof covering, and Sam plastered the walls expertly, while Duncan did all the finishing touches, such as trims. There were a few delays and occasionally unexpected problems arose, but Colin was quickly able to say how they could be solved. The result is that we now have a much smarter Laundry Room…and we assume it is watertight!
