Well what can I say we had an a terrible flood in our pavillion I as the CEO had left for Cambia and got a call late at night informing of the tragedy . My co-director instantly went onto My Builder and found Southend Flooring. They were there the very next day along with their builders as the who structure of the floor need to be rebuilt. A Quote was given the same day and the work commenced the following day. They were given the task of having this done for today being Saturday so just 4 days. They started work at 6.30am in the morning and did not finish until 3am they were absolutely amazing. There is still some work to do but the floor was finished and only the toilets to be completed. I would recommend them highly a good bunch of people and they worked tirelessly. Thank you to the whole team there is still more work to be done in other areas and they certainly have the job.

James and his expert team fitted carpet, laminate, engineered wood and ceramic tiles. With the exception of the tiles, they supplied all the materials and accessories needed for over 450 meters. James and I discussed my expectations so that he was able to bring suitable samples at the first visit. Following the initial quotation, the family met with James again to fine tune materials and agree a quotation. Individual specialists were sent for each material and timings were adjusted to accommodate our needs. We had a bit of a disaster with a leakage due to our plumber that ruined a new lounge floor - James arranged replacement materials and sent his team back to get the work completed so that we could move in! All the team were experienced, provided a thoroughly professional job and were cheerful and courteous throughout. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, experienced and able to offer sincere advice, I would definitely recommend Southend Flooring.

Absolutely stunning job! James made very effort to please my requirements and was very helpful. The floors supplied are of the highest quality, solid floorboards. Morris was an exceptional craftsman at his trade. Stunning floors, great finish, very happy. Would recommend Southend Flooring any day for any flooring jobs! Very flexible with time too!

James' team was incredible! We were going to install artificial grass on a concrete site at Dreamland, Margate as a part of our stand at the festival. However, when we all arrived on site it turned out that instead of concrete or tarmac there was gravel. And Southend flooring were very flexible and started working on finding a quick alternative solution. The festival went amazing and we didn't have problems with this grass at all, it was safe and looked great! We would definitely recommend/use them again in the future. We found Southend flooring through mybuilder.com and had no knowledge of them at all bar the reviews. James and his team were helpful from the start and showed a lot of samples, making sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. They quoted competitively. The fitters, Alan and Dan (plus another whose name escapes me, sorry!) were polite and tidy throughout and were incredibly respectful of our home and young family. They laid flooring and carpet in five bedrooms, a 3 storey hallway and lounge in under 2 days!! And to an excellent standard. We had no hesitation in leaving them in our home alone whilst we went out. I would highly recommend these guys as we are very satisfied customers.
