Did a great job and gave good advice.

Zac came with his son Josh to check to see if they could install a gas-powered fireplace in my chimney shaft. A handyman not interested in his customer’s safety would have probably just done the job and taken the money, but Zac was honest enough to tell me the dangers of installing it unless I cleaned out the entire chimney and replaced the lining first, which would have been a separate and far more expensive job for a fire professional. Zac and Josh also replaced a problematic radiator valve for me and stopped a leak. They also cleaned the water tank (a job British Gas was supposed to do but didn’t) and drained all the radiators for me. I found them very professional throughout. I highly recommend using them.

Perfect, all done quickly even with some confusion on my part on the purchase of the Hive. Great stuff.

Thanks to Zack and his apprentice for removing my gas fireplace safely and efficiently. Excellent professionals, good communication kept updated before arrival, responded quickly to initial request, quoted and completed the job within a day for a fair price. I would say make sure you give customers all costs upfront. Was told 30% extra to dispose of fireplace only after the job was done - would have been better if told full cost for full scope of work up front (including removing debris and clean up). Still recommend them for any gas/boiler work.

Very satisfied with the service. Boss Gas came and done the job the next day as we had an emergency service needed. I will get them back to do my annual service and any other gas work needed. Highly recommended 👌
