Excellent professional and honest. Top bloke I highly recommend using Zac for all your gas works. I initially used Zac for some certs and have since used him for other work. I will now not use anyone else.

Zac and Josh were fantastic. Straightforward and got the job done very quickly. Boiler up and running and tenants are happy.

Arrived only slightly outside the allocated time. Zac came with his son. The large number of gold rings didn’t prevent him to do the job well. Very friendly plumber. Although he wanted to change the tap with inferior one as he didn’t have one present. Although I did send photo prior to visit. Saying that he did go to shop and said it would cost £20 extra as the tap couldn’t be bought as a single unit but with the house. That’s what Zac was saying. Overall completed the job quickly so was happy with it.

I cannot praise Boss Gas installations enough - quick and easy communication, Zac was available to do the work at short notice even during the holiday period. He did an excellent job and followed up with an extensive report as requested. Next time I need any gas/plumbing work done I will definately contact Zac again. 5 stars from a very happy customer!

Zac and his team has been amazing, easy to communicate and friendly. It was a very last minute request right before Christmas and they are willing to squeeze time and help to cap off the gas and have the whole fireplace removed for us. Truly appreciate the help.

Originally Boss said they would be here between 2/3pm, but as it got later, I doubted they would make it, from Essex to Kent after dark, via the Dartford Crossing. They came and they completed the job after 6pm. I was impressed that they kept their word when they could have used excuses because of the distance and lateness. And they were a pleasure to meet, both father and son. (Zach stuck to his price, apart from having to re-arrange the kitchen because of the boiler plumbing) I don't mind the extra because of their good spirit. I'll have them back if I need them.
