Service received from Boss Gas Installation Ltd we excellent. We responded promptly to my short listing and the job was done the same day. He is very knowledgeable about warm air heating systems. Was able to take the whole systems apart and Service it. He has a very pleasant personality very easy to communicate and work with. I would strongly recommend him for your plumbing works. He even came back the following day driving over an hour to help me figure out how to relight the boiler after if switched off. I will be changing my heating system and he will be my first choice without any doubt. Thank you Zac for a stress fee expirence. New boiler - the job overall seems OK, a few points to note. Funds for materials were demanded before the job started, a fixed price for the job changed with him demanding more money for more work he stated he found (this hit should have been taken by him and more care taken when providing quotes), when asked whether the job was guaranteed, he told me to refer to his website, no idea what I was supposed to search on here. So overall, satisfactory level is all I can say.Answer from tradesperson:

As what she has tried to do by lying on me will have no impact on myself only her own profile because the clients or tradesmen are not illiterate and can figure that one bad review after a stream of 130 odd outstanding reviews only highlights the type of customer and what their intentions are. In the light of probability it was a dumb move on her behalf. I have seen the disrepair in this property and could expose her as a Rogue Landlord to all that choose to take the time to read this review, pls ak her if she would like to reconsider and retract the statements she has made. Arrived only slightly outside the allocated time. Zac came with his son. The large number of gold rings didn’t prevent him to do the job well. Very friendly plumber. Although he wanted to change the tap with inferior one as he didn’t have one present. Although I did send photo prior to visit. Saying that he did go to shop and said it would cost £20 extra as the tap couldn’t be bought as a single unit but with the house. That’s what Zac was saying. I cannot praise Boss Gas installations enough - quick and easy communication, Zac was available to do the work at short notice even during the holiday period. He did an excellent job and followed up with an extensive report as requested. Next time I need any gas/plumbing work done I will definately contact Zac again. 5 stars from a very happy customer!
