Leading up to the day of the agreed date the work was to take place, James was in constant communication as and when the need was warranted. On the agreed date James and his colleague Wayne arrived on time, they both carried out a sterling job, explaining and communicating their intentions as they carried out their work. They were very proactive and in good spirits as they worked on the task ahead. Very clean and tidy, plenty of helpful tips as they went along. Always happy to answer any work, plumbing related questions. My wife and baby daughter were at ease at home as James and Wayne worked on the gas cooker, boiler and gas meter. We are waiting on the suppliers for our radiator to come through before we are ready to book James again. Highly recommended great craftsman finding practical solutions as they went along.

It was a pleasure havin james install my new boiler. He gave me good advice about what boiler to have for my situation giving me several very competitive quotes. He booked a day in with me very quickly and when it came to install day he turned up promptly. The whole experience was a good one and I would have no concerns about recommending him to anyone. He will definitely be doing my yearly service and any future central heating work. 100% satisfied and if your looking for a genuine engineer then look know further.
