What I hoped would be a simple job turned into a lovely new boiler .....James went through it a few times explaining options and even arranged a finance company .... Harry and his apprentice arrived before I went to work an cracked on straight away ...When I got back all was working well with the appliance manual left .... I did find some bits of copper piping etc scattered round but as my flat is quite untidy anyway that wasnt a problem .... What I hadn’t thought about was all the packaging and old boiler which I was left with ....I naively thought this would be taken away ....So all in all I would recommend this company 😃

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING James and his team worked tirelessly to fix our shower which had not been installed correctly. 10 out of 10 for their patience, helpfulness and hard work. We would highly recommend boilers for ESSEX if you need a plumber these are the people thank you so very much.

Harry came and found the problem. Was able to go buy the part and fix it. He found a second problem and fixed that too. The service was efficient and courteous.
