    Boiler not working, no standby light

    We had a troublesome boiler. Boilers 4 Essex helped us with a temporary solution until it become a new boiler situation. They then put in a new one at a very competitive price. The new boiler has worked perfect, and the house is absolutely steaming now when we put on the heating and with no sound coming from the boiler cupboard - unlike before when you could hear it being switched on from outside the house!

    Re pipe from Meter to Boiler exterior

    Fantastic Job from Boilers 4 Essex. Lee was helpful, explained everything he was doing and why. We had a full run of pipe around the house to replace what was under the floor boards and was completed quickly and tidily. Will use again for any future gas work needs.

    Needs new central heating timer and hot water unit

    quick and efficient clean and tidy left control instructions but not to clear on how to use them , but it might be an 80year old brain is not what it used to be !!!

    New boiler

    We had an overall bad experience, various leaks where our floor and ceiling were left damaged needing repair, pressure drops in our bathroom when we were advised would be none etc. We even had the system serviced after a year, it was marked as condemned and had to get your guys back out again to get this rectified to get it back on. I wouldn’t use again.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    We were called out to you a few times after our install. We attended each time, as we always would with a reported problem with our work. We are a responsible and quality company and reports of problems are extremely rare. I attended myself on the second occasion and tested everything for you and demonstrated it. It was all working perfectly well and as it should. You had to have your mother present and she explained to me about your problems. I wont divulge on here what she said because I don't think its professional. But I will say I don't think its right for us to receive this type of feed back because of your problems. With regards to the damaged seal spotted on the annual service, that we replaced for free, it was a manufacturing defect. That is the very reason that you have an annual boiler safety inspection, to check for problems like this that have developed. I am disappointed with Mybuilder for not removing this feedback as the situation regarding your health was explained to them in private. I did not want to have to reply to you in a public forum, but your feedback is simply inaccurate and unfair.

    Vailant Boiler needs servicing - F23 error showing

    Second time using Boilers 4 Essex, came quickly and sorted the problem with the boiler - would recommend !
