Was very happy with the plans Felipe and his team prepared for me. It was not an easy brief and I can be demanding but Felipe and his team were able to give me exactly what I asked for all on time and within original quote. Would highly recommend.

We already had a loft conversion but it didn't work for us anymore. Since the pandemic we both work from home and needed a second home office. We also wanted to have more wardrobe space. Felipe worked with us and came up with a fantastic design which allowed us to split our loft conversion into two rooms, 1 bedroom and 1 walk in wardrobe with a desk. We love the design and the great thing is we can remove the desk and add a chest of draws or dressing table if we no longer need the desk in the future. Due to various issues regarding the space we had to do a number of designs and which helped us develop our thoughts. Felipe was fantastic for all of this. We will certainly be contacting him in future when we have the downstairs done.

Engaging Felipe and his team felt like a very organic process. In his first response to the job posting, he answered every question that I had raised clearly and told me how much it was going to cost to get our new kitchen through planning. When he visited to measure up, he really got into the whole vision of the project and was coming up with ideas that really provided insight into what was going to be needed. There just wasn't any reason not to keep going and by the next day, he had already started on the drawings. I was then plonked into a WhatsApp Group with Felipe and his team and I had high-quality draft drawings delivered there in a few days. I can actually see the conversations going on between Felipe and his team about our project. I feel really included in the dialogue and like I am part of the design team and decisions. Feels like a no-regret move so far, I'll let you know how things turn out!

Felipe visited us in person to see our flat and listen to what our intended plans. He was very helpful and came up with good advice. We hired Felipe and with the help of his team we applied for a planning permission which we obtained without objections or difficulty. We are very happy with Felipe's work and the process was very organised. We would happily work with him again and we recommend his services. Thanks Felipe!
