Billy was with us within the hour from our contact with him. It was a blockage with many acccess problems but Billy worked his way patiently and thoroughly through all options, checking with us at each stage that we were happy. He was polite, friendly, professional, competent and we were delighted with the result. We were also happy with his charges which were exceptionally reasonable considering the work involved. Another issue was also sorted to our extreme satisfaction.
