Ben was very communicative and responded promptly to all messages. His quote was submitted soon after the site visit. There were a couple of changes during the course of the work and Ben adjusted the costs accordingly. The final bill was very close to the original quotation. He kept us informed about when work was planned and about progress during the works which were completed to the original timescale. The quality of the work was very good and I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others.

Ben did a really good job installing bi-fold doors. Very pleased, they tided up and removed all debris as promised. Very knowledgeable and completed to time scale. Would highly recommend, thank you Ben!

I'm disappointed to be leaving a negative feedback but after much though i feel as though i have to. Ben quoted for my garage conversion. I discussed how important it was to ensure the garage floor was level with my utility and kitchen once the wall was knocked through. On the day the work began i again asked to confirm that the finished flooring would be relatively level with the kitchen/utility and was told i have 10mm for my finished flooring to go down. Work began to raise the garage floor to the same height as the rest of the house using timber frames. The work continued for two days and i was not updated once to say that the timber frame is now higher then the rest of the house. This is because the concrete flooring was not level. I am very disappointed that i was not updated despite checking up on the work and meeting with Dave and Ben throughout the two days. I have had to find another builder to do the job correctly and this is costing more as they are having to undo the work Ben did.

If you require a builder who is punctual, honest and works in a tidy work place Ben is your man. Thanks Ben the bathroom is amazing so happy. Cheers Jon Lane

Very pleased with the work. Ben arrived when planned and got stuck in, kept the mess and interruptions to a minimum. He kept to the timelines and price. I was very pleased with the end state and his work is to a high standard, he cleared all the rubble and waste and left the place tidy and looking great. I would highly recommend Ben and will be using his services in the future.
