I am leaving review after 2 years job completion it was glue down hard wearing laminate commercial flooring, now flooring start splitting planks shifs and creating gaps. Flooring are was 250SQM on ground and 1st floor it starts shifting and creating gaps between may be improper installation

I'm really disappointed in Jack. He promised to complete my laminate floor in 3-4 days and started off well but was very stretched for time, working on other jobs and had family commitments. I paid him most of the fee as a kind gesture because he was going on holiday and he'd promised to come straight back and finish afterwards. He never came back! I've still got the unfinished flooring with a pile of unfitted scotias. He's recently messaged suggesting I get someone else to finish it. Really awful behaviour.

Jack was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t rate him highly enough. I had some queries ahead of the job which my flooring supplied wasn’t helping me with but Jack was incredibly helpful. The work he did was quick and flawless. He was super professional throughout, really happy we hired him.
