    Leak under the sink
    Gentlemen came out this morning as he said he would. He was very friendly and helpful and completed the job very efficiently. Which was a relief after 2 days without water. He charges was very reasonable and I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

    New bathroom to be fitted
    Excellent work by Ste. Completed everything exactly as I asked to a high standard. Will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to anybody.

    Toilet won't stop flushing
    Steve came out to assess the job but did not return my messages to complete the job after that. Nice guy however. His advice on the day meant that I got someone else to sort the job so it ended well.

    Replacement shower unit and change of sink & pedestal
    Fantastic - Nothing bad to say about Ste. Did a great job and was quick. If you're after a plumber, hes your man! All sorted and done within a few hours.

    Replace or repair stop cock
    Complete waste of my time. Didn't turn up when he said he would, had to chase him twice to find out if he was actually coming or not. And when he turned up he basically didn't want to do the job because there could be 'issues'. Despite asking him what he would do, and what the problem issues might be, he could only reply 'trust me'. I cannot understand why someone would come to a job in order to say they don't want it. Its a simple enough job for an experienced plumber. Despite his many favourable reviews I can only say he gave me no confidence at all in his abilities.

    I am disappointed with this review as a seemingly simple job could have turned in to quite a bigger one. While I understand the clients frustration I can only give my experience and professional advice.
