The first day he came in said the sealant will stop the leak but I insisted on changing the pan connector. He said "trust me the sealant will do the job" and promised he will come back if it didn't. Sadly after using it the following day it was still leaking. Phoned him the next couple days and then he came and put more sealant. Advised me to call him back if it leaked again. May be the toilet will need replacing for a new one. Guess what, the toilet is still leaking. I did not bother calling him back again because he lacked the knowledge and did not have the confidence to solve the leak. Today I called in another plumber whom came down within 20 minutes. Straight away he diagnosed the cause of the leak. He said the pan connector needs replacing. He replaced the pan connector without removing the toilet. He also changed a couple other things too. It only took him 35 minutes. I only wish if I had called him first instead of Ste Welch.

Ste offered good professional advice to us when he came for a visit and quote. He came back to complete the job as promised. We have no hesitation to recommend him to others.
