Cannot fault Ste, quick response to job request, gave sound advice and went above and beyond to fit my new sink and fix leak. Very reasonable price and lovely guy. Will definitely head his way for any future plumbing work. Thank you!

Ste came out at the agreed time and gave me excellent advice. He explained and showed me in a way that I understood, the problem was a little bigger than what I initially budgeted for, with a clear breakdown of parts and labour costs. He gives fantastic advice and I will definitely be using Ste in the future.

Ste gave me a good quote, turned up when he said he would, did a good job, knew what he was doing, charged a reasonable rate, and did the job in less time than estimated and only charged for time spent. I'd use him again.

Ste repositioned pipework from one side of the room to the other which involved removing and replacing floorboards, and fixing cast iron radiators. He was very polite, courteous and did a really good job. He quoted for the work and the quote didnt change. He arrived on time to do the work, he did the job quickly without any drama and left everything tidy. Ste did 2 visits with a first and second fix and only charged for half the job on the first fix with the rest on completion. He was accommodating and understanding as I was doing decorating work which held up the completion of the work. This was no hassle to Ste. His price was very reasonable too. He made a courtesy call following completion of the work to make sure everything was in order. I would hire him again.

He came round on a Saturday and told us he needed parts for the washing machine plumbing & said he could come back on Monday to do it. He called in sick on Monday and said he could come back another day. After trying to text/phone him with no answer from him, we had to get another plumber who did the job in less that 20 minutes for a cheaper price than this plumber quoted us. It would have been courteous of him to at least let us know he couldn't do it/didn't have time -as we waited until Wednesday to hear back from him, which we still haven't. Bit unprofessional, wouldn't recommend -wasted time.

Ste quickly showed interest on the job. He completed it on the date and time agreed. Tap replaced nicely and working great. Have already discussed another job with him as he's a reliable and skilled guy.

Superb! Very honest, courteous and keen to do a really good job. The work done was to a high standard. He also kept to his quote even though there were quite a few unexpected complications which meant the job took longer than expected. I am happy to recommend him and would hire him again.

Had 2 plumbers prior to Ste attempt to repair this problem, neither could sort it. Turned out there was a hairline crack in toilet pan. Ste found this and fitted me a new pan. Clever guy!! Defo recommend him to others and I've kept his number.

My mothers boiler has had low pressure for a while, Ste said it would take about an hour but in fact it took about 35-40 mins as he looked at all the rads too. So far so good. He said if there are any problems to let him know. I am calling him back for another job. I would recommend him.
