Kerry from Eurolay was very efficient from start to finish. He turned up on time to quote me on my flat roof and gave me good, professional advise. The work was carried out satisfactorily and I was given detailed photos of each stage of the job as I was away when the work was done which gave me peace of mind. Kerry and his team had already resurfaced the balcony at my flat, but in order to ensure that new surface was properly protected Kerry suggested that I think about having some tiles laid. He gave me a number of samples to choose from, and once I'd chosen we agreed a price and date for the job. I'm very pleased with the results, the balcony looks very stylish, and I know that it will be properly protected and water tight for years to come. Kerry was helpful and kept me informed with progress during the day. Highly recommended .

Eurolay just completed a job for our building, we hired them to redo the asphalt work on our back staircase, which were in a terrible condition before. It was truly a pleasure to work and communicate with Kerry. He and his team are highly professional and offered us great service and their honest advice. It's refreshing to find a builder you can talk to and who gets back to you so quickly with any question or concern you have! The steps look great and I will definitely recommend him to anyone! I hired Kerry to fit rainwater guttering from the roof. Kerry was extremely friendly and did an excellent job in fitting the guttering. Once fitted he tested the guttering to check whether there were any leaks. I would strongly recommend Kerry for any roosting works that you may need doing. I will definitely be using Kerry again if I need a roofing specialist.

Kerry was prompt in getting in touch and came over to quote for the job as agreed. He was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions about what I could do. His quote seemed reasonable so we agreed to go ahead. On the day of the work he and his team arrived on time and were polite and friendly. The balcony they were working on was up two flights of communal stairs, and they made sure that these were well protected from any possible spillages. After they'd gone there was no sign that they'd been apart from the completed job. I'm very pleased with the end result, the balcony looks really good, and the work is guaranteed so I feel very confident. We're now trying to decide what tiles we want on the balcony so Kerry can come back and install those too.

I live in a new built in London and had a problem with water coming into my flat from the balcony for quite a while. Few people tried to fix it in the past however it was still coming back and getting worse, making the walls and skirting board look filthy brown. I am glad I've hired Kerry from Eurolay to finally get this job done properly as he really went an extra mile to allocate the source of the leak to make sure it won't happen again. Kerry comes across as approachable and caring professional who is keen to make things work for you. I would use Eurolay services in the future and recommend them to my friends.
