Job well done. Arrived on time. Sorted out our problem straight away which was not easy for him as we live in a Park Home and he had to crawl underneath in order to reach the stopcock. A first time for Neil.

Neil turned up when he said he would to give us a quote which we thought was very reasonable. He obtained the replacement tap after we changed our minds about sourcing it ourselves and then rang to say he would be with us in an hour as he was completing another job. 45 minutes later he was on the doorstep. Very reliable, friendly and tidy in his work. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Neal promptly confirmed he could carry out the work and quoted a very responsible price and even spent the time to source the right tap. The work was completed at the agreed date and time.
