I was so impressed with Damian and his workforce on this little job that I hired them for a major project, which is also being carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

My wife and I contacted Arkadia through the mybuilder website based upon the feedback they had received from other customers. Before we awarded them the business they always turned up to arranged appointments (not all their competitors did) and there quotation and schedule of works was well set out. We chose Arkadia to build two extensions on our house that was undertaken when we were still living in the property. During the time that they were working on the house, they kept the disruption to a minimum and always left the site clean and tidy at the end of every day. The work itself was always to a high standard and any minor issues were always rectified immediately. We did not have any nasty surprises when it came to the final bill. Throughout the whole process it was a pleasure to deal with Arkadia and I would use them for other work that I may require in the future. I would recommend Arkadia to anyone that needed building work done.

We are delighted with the quality, service and communication from Arkadia during the work carried out on our garage conversion and kitchen. Everything went to plan with no complications and we really couldn't have asked for a more helpful service! We would have no hesitation in using Arkadia again and would definately recommend them. I had a two storey extension with a large conservatory built. I also had extensive full interior refurbishment and relocation of the stairs. The work was carried out at the high standard and excellent quality. There were no compactions and every part of the build went smooth. The craftsmen were very polite and friendly, they always cleaned up after they left. I am very happy and glad I had chosen Arkadia to build my extension and many thanks go to Mark, Damien and the team.

The quality of the work is very good and all the tradesmen were nice guys and kept things tidy. My only criticism is lack of communication sometimes which left us in the dark as to ongoing plans as we were out at work during the day while the job was going on. I also think that one of the managers should do a final inspection of the job with the client before the bill is handed over.

Great communication, Came at short notice, worked to a professional standard, will defintely be using them in the future.

I cannot recommend Damien highly enough. He was excellent at communicating with us right the way through. He sourced us a really reasonable priced door and fitted it to a very high standard. He fit completely around our work schedules and completed the work as he said he would. I would definitely use him again for any jobs around the house - big or small!

Absolutely loving my extension. Arcadia have done a great job and all tradesmen at the house were very friendly and approachable. All work done is to high standard and were always available when contacted. I would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for an extension as they have done a great job. Hired Arkadia after receiving over 20 replies, of which I invited 7 to provide a quoteof which only 3 turned up. I went with Arkadia because of Damien. His approach, proffesional attitude and none pushy style sold it for me. Unfortunately the job although completed on time was not completed to the standard we both expected, This was I was told due to the mixture of the tarmac they were sold. Good points were when Damien came and imspected the work at our request some weeks later, we had weed growing up through the tarmac and the tarma in areas were soft to touch and easily moved by fingers. Damien agreed, and had no problems agreeing the standard of finish was not what they would expect. He beived it was the batch of tarmac they were sold. He agreed that Arkadia would sort the problem. He wanted to take a sample of the tarmac to get back to the supplier. However whatever the outcome between the supplie and Arkadia, the driveway would be relaid at no cost to myself. His manner and professional was a credit to Arkadia. However the bad point was, at first when we reported the problem and appointment was agreed with Arkadia. This was not kept to, but an inspection was carried out without us being there. The reportback was it was ok, the weeds coming through the tarmac after only about 8 week were killed off by some weed killer, and that should sort it. The soft tarmac, was reported to being ok. Overall if I could only recommend working with Arkadia if Damien or people lik Damien we available. He kept to his word, and drive 100 of miles to ensure a meeting was kept.

We are delighted with the work carried out to convert our loft, craftmanship is of a high standard and the finish is excellent. We would not hesitate in recommending Arkadia and I am sure we will be using them for all our jobs in the future.
