Replace shower tray, repair damaged floor caused by leak, re-tile shower cubicle and fit new door. Alan was very professional and provided a detailed plan of the work needed, his estimate for the work was very competitive. Even though unforeseen work was needed the final cost did not change. Alan completed the job on time and on budget, his quality of work was exemplary and I am very pleased with the end result.

Ripped out the old and re-fitted new furnishings in the downstairs cloakroom. They also did the tiling and plumbing work. Alan is very punctual and professional. His quality of work is excellent,really neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend him and will be using him again to do our bathroom.

Alan responded very quickly to my posting and having examined the job thoroughly gave me a detailed estimate and explaination of the work needed. The cost was less than I expected to pay but the craftmanship is superb, in 2 days Alan has transformed a leaking shower cubicle that had crumbling walls and a rotted floor into a smart tiled leak free enclosure. All at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Aqua Access highly enough.

Brilliant! Really pleased to have found Alan after trawling the internet and only finding the big firms with £70/hr+ call out fees. I had a few really small jobs which needed doing - Alan managed to fix them all at a really reasonable price. He persevered in trying to get a part, and I really liked the fact that he kept in touch by text to let me know that he was still on the case, so I knew that he hadn't forgotten and I didn't have to chase. He also came back free of charge to do some extra tweaks. Add to all that, a really friendly guy who you'll have a nice chat with while he works. He was brilliant with my kids too. Highly recommended!

We had a complete bathroom refit, Alan has been really helpful the whole way through the process. Always on time and does exactly as he says he will. Bathroom looks great and would definitely recommend him.

Would recommend. Alan came round, listened well to what we wanted, was prepared to discuss the benefits / problems of tweaking the bathroom. He turned up when he said he would, dealt well with a problem that emerged once the bath was removed, he tidied up up after himself and ensured that there was access to the loo at all times. My mother in law felt comfortable with him and trusted him with her key which was returned promptly after the job was finished. In addition he was easily contactable after the job was finished.

Alan is highly professional, highly skilled and totally honest. He did a magnificent job on my bathroom, which prior to his work, was an awful sight! Not only the tiling and plumbing to a very high standard, Alan gave me really good design advice too. Alan is tremendously hard working and very personable.
