Anthony provided free estimate and kept in touch with professional emails and he worked around my schedule. He recommended a new material for the decking of the balcony and arranged to pick the materials up and deliver them on the day. Anthony’s service is straight forward, his emails are logical there is no need to worry about the cost as Anthony will give very exact breakdown of costs and there are no hidden surprises. From start to finish I had 100% trust in Anthony as an honourable expert with old fashioned work ethics and this company will go far as the work is done on time, it is perfect and there is no fuss, no messing about. Anthony did a very good job boarding the loft and installing/adjusting two internal doors. He was punctual, worked hard all day and did a clean job.

Great Job,screeding a floor, reasonable price £265,it took longer than anticipated, because of the different floor levels, but they sorted it and worked into the evening, and cleared up afterwards. Came on time. I certainly would use them again, they know what they are doing.

I took a chance hiring APLpropertyservices with no feedback and I am glad I did. The work was very competitively priced and was carried out in an extremely professional manner on a very hot day. All rubbish was removed from site and it was a real pleasure to see the finished job. I will recommend APL and use them again when I can.
