    Trip hazard around a drain set in crazy paving

    Very tidy workman, cleared up as he went along, sand and debris placed in sacks and taken away. Lovely, neat attractive layout of crazy paving. Pleasant and polite.

    New pathway garden

    The company was professional from the beginning, the quote they provided was very competitive and the workers were very experienced. Our slabbed garden is more than perfect now! Very highly recommended!

    Lead repair/installation at porch

    MCM property did a nice job with replacing the lead flashing at my porch. I definitely recommend them.

    Chimney flashing replacement

    Chimney flashing replaced but still leak even the roofer came back and replaced the old back flashing. The leak is even worse than before the job. Contacted Martin again, but he and his roofer didn’t come back even though he promised 5 year warranty. Be careful. Looking for builder or roofer with friends reference is more secure.

    I've visited 3 times and as I stated to u needed additional works nothing to with flashing u wasn't interested in hearing that The flashing was done to high standards as ur existing on detorated have pics to prove I'm sorry u feel that way sir I simply can't assist any further then what I already have done in my 3 visits I wish u luck in the future as there is plenty of works to be done on your roof

    Repair dripping leak on bay window guttering join

    Did a good job for a good price. He did run quite late to arrive to quote and then was late again to do the job but other than that was very good.

    Inspect and repair rear gutters, fascias and soffits

    Martin established confidence with us by spending time initially to identify likely sources of the problems we were having and doing so credibly too, which was very important for us. Throughout the works he communicated effectively with us, providing evidence of the problems themselves and proposing solutions. Again, this was important to us and helped us make decisions for how to proceed.
