Martin was great at coming up with solutions to get round a difficult neighbour. His communication with me and the neighbour was polite, patient and respectful. His quote was very reasonable and he proactively deducted costs when he approach changed and materials were not needed. Martin and his team did a great job. It's a tricky property due to access and height, but Martin had solutions that made the whole process a lot less stressful. New guttering and downpipes fitted on our flat, as well as eaves trays. Also returned promptly to troubleshoot something. He was very polite and made some recommendations for potential future work, but nothing required immediate attention.
