Martin turned up on time and did the job well. I am really pleased with the service he provided and the price.

The system worked brilliantly. My boiler blew up in the middle of the freezing weather. 12 people contacted me, I shortlisted 3, and my chosen firm started work the following day. For the first time in my life I felt confident that I wouldn’t be taken for a ride. Martin and John were great too. They are a small firm, not registered for VAT, and were available to start immediately, so I had my heating back before the weekend. A few muddy footprints and squashed plants were a small price to pay, and the lack of VAT made an enormous difference to the price. I’m less impressed by the boiler itself. It’s a bit stingy with the hot water, and the heating controls are a lot less flexible than before. Overall a much less painful episode than I expected, and my heating bill is already visibly lower.

Martin responded promptly to my enquiry; serviced my boiler as agreed and provided very helpful advice about how to upgrade the system. I have engaged him now to do this upgrade and install a shower.

I can't thank Martin enough for coming up with a creative solution and fixing our two cold radiators (3 other tradesmen had failed to find a solution prior to Martin's intervention). Martin was extremely professional and prompt to answer calls - he was also very persistent and left no stone unturned - it paid off! We now have working radiators! I was a bit nervous about possible damages to our newly decorated walls as Martin had to drill through thick walls to complete his job - but he was extremely careful and the paint is still immaculate. Our boiler filter happened to be leaking on the day Martin came over and he kindly fixed it - he did not charge us for this. Martin has been amazing and no need to say we will be calling him again should we have any further plumbing issues. We highly recommend him for all your plumbing jobs!

Martin and Jon did an excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending them again. I needed a new combi boiler installed to replace my 20-odd year old conventional boiler. Martin gave sound advice and was able to advise on getting the best out of my setup. They re-sited the new boiler in a much better location doing a very neat job with the minimum of disturbance. You can tell they are very experienced from the quality of the pipework and attebtion to detail of their fitting. They removed the storage tanks from the old gravity system and made good the old hole in the wall that was left from the old boiler. I was really impressed with the efficiency with which they worked, the whole job was done in little over 2 days. They made sure to thoroughly prepare and clean the system and installed magnetic filters, descalers, inhibitor and balanced the system, fitted thermostatic radiator valves and made sure the shower worked after bypassing the old pump. All-in-all and excellent job.

Did a great job and was very helpful. I recommend Martin and would use him again.

Polite, Punctual and just got on with the job. He disconnected our gas supply and isolated our cold mains for our renovation work. He gave the idea to have a temporary flexible plastic pipe for cold water usage during our building work and installed it within 5 mins.
