We received a call from Mohammed as an emergency call out to unblock his foul drainage £250 was estimated over the phone we took a man off another job to sort this for him on arrival our drainage technician re estimated the job as there was three chambers to deal with. Mohammed was informed of the price difference and our drainage Tec would have to go get another man the lads sat outside his house for an hour while he phone his insurance company who would not entertain a blocked drainage problem So we got green light on new price he didn’t have to take ours we could of left and he could arrange for some one else so how can you compare as no one else has see it. Apologies if you maybe have having your tea, The boys had to empty the drainage chambers using buckets as we could no get a pump there so the usual human waste rammed packed with tissues,wipes,condoms,sanitary towels,tampacks and more. When cleared they jetted the drainage clean As usual you can get a bad customer but this affects us on our rating totally unfair Think Mohammed needs to look at what he’s putting down the loo (Northumberia water web site may educate)
